Dear Sir or Madam.
I’m writing you in order to protest
about the MP3 player that I bought last Friday 25th of October of
2019 at your website “Gadgets” with two weeks warranty. I made a payment of 84
€ and I was assured that it would be a totally functional object.
There are two reasons for my
concerns regarding its functionality.
First of all, I noticed that the
cable was slightly damaged so it may be one of the causes of music’s bad
quality. Even though, this may not be the only reason because there is one
headphone that is also pretty much broken, probably due to the lack of
carefulness during the transporting process.
For these reasons I will be
returning the MP3 player tomorrow morning along with the object’s bill at your
nearest shop.
I request a refund of my money and
if that’s not possible you must give me a new operative MP3 player of the same
model I ordered.
